Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument™ and Interpretive Report - explains conflict behaviors in five (5) easy-to-understand modes - competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating; identifies an individual's "preferred mode" for handling conflict; and provides information on the most appropriate use for each conflict handling mode.
MBTI™ Team Report - helps to develop cooperative and productive teams; describes the strengths and weaknesses of the team; compares the team problem solving style and preferred use of time with those of individual team members; and includes personalized action plans to improve effectiveness of the team and individual members.
